Every breakthrough has a moment.

I ask entrepreneurs and investors about the point that changed everything, because one person's breakthrough can become another person's permission to move.

The roots.

Perth / Sydney / Global citizen

I grew up around business, health and performance. My mother ran a naturopathic health business. My father was an actor, entrepreneur and investor. My step parents brought yoga, psychotherapy and alternative wellness into the house.

I also grew up knowing what it feels like to be behind. I went to a Rudolf Steiner school and could not spell my own name until I was ten. That taught me something I have never forgotten: the problem is rarely intelligence. It is usually the wrong method.

At 17 I met my first mentor. He showed me that change is not reserved for geniuses. It happens when the right strategy, the right support and the right community meet a person who is ready.

The education.

Health / Film / Network

I studied nutrition, worked with Vitamix, travelled Australia teaching whole food and lifestyle to rooms full of people, then started putting recipes and interviews online. My first podcast conversation was with a microbiologist on gut health and brain performance. I was hooked.

Podcasting showed me that education can change the direction of a life. You can take money, status or momentum away from someone. You cannot take away what they truly learn.

Professionally, I became a connector. I launched network marketing and affiliate offers into Australia, built teams of four thousand and ten thousand people, and learned what happens when a small group moves in one direction.

The collapse.

Business / Love / Faith

Then my life cracked open. The business collapsed. The relationship ended. Faith went somewhere I could not find it. All three, at once.

In the middle of that season, I wrote a list of what still brought me joy: learning, teaching, creating something my future children could watch, networking and collaborating with people who are building something real.

The answer was obvious. Podcasting was not a tactic. It was the place where my story, my gifts and my future all met.

"The moment you share your breakthrough, someone else gets permission to find theirs."

The reset.

Fourteen days / Guided water fast

A friend invited me into a guided water fast. It was an intentional rite of passage: water, supported with nutritional liquids to sustain energy and cognition. I planned five days. I walked fourteen.

By day seven the noise had stopped. By the end, I understood myself in a way I never had before. Not fixed. Not finished. Reset. A cleanse of mind, body and spirit.

I rebuilt from there. New city, new business, new body, new faith. And one question kept following me: what was the moment that broke you through?

The mission.

The Breakthrough Moment Podcast

The Breakthrough Moment Podcast exists for entrepreneurs, investors and professionals who know they are ready for another level, but need to hear what the other side of the fire sounds like.

Every guest answers the same first question: what was the breakthrough moment in your career that changed everything? Across more than one hundred conversations, the pattern is undeniable. They all broke. They all became someone new. Then they built.

The bigger vision is entrepreneurship, education and community. A book. Monthly masterminds. A global network of founders and investors. The right people, values, capital and ideas connected at the right time.
